One account per person, per household, per device. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and approved e-wallets only. Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 minutes during business hours.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated at the time of offer. Bonus abuse will result in account suspension.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any bet on the nusa69 Platform. This age restriction applies to all users regardless of local law. nusa69 strictly enforces this requirement and will permanently close any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age, forfeiting all funds in that account.
The nusa69 Platform is designed and operated primarily for users residing in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is not prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of nusa69 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any court order, legal disability, or self-exclusion arrangement that restricts gambling, you are not permitted to use the Platform.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on nusa69. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, contact details, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of nusa69, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not permitted to hold accounts or participate in real-money gambling on the Platform.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity card), date of birth, residential address, valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and a working email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.
nusa69 is required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to submit, upon request, a clear copy of your valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a recent bank statement or utility bill confirming your registered address, and any additional documents reasonably requested by our compliance team. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the initial request may be suspended.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. nusa69 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify nusa69 support immediately at [email protected].
All Accounts on nusa69 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonuses are processed in IDR unless otherwise expressly stated. nusa69 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.
nusa69 accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels only:
Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000. Maximum single deposit: Rp 100.000.000. Deposits from payment methods not registered to the Account holder's own verified identity will be rejected and returned.
Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited to your nusa69 Account within 5 minutes during standard banking hours. Deposits made during periods of network maintenance or after 22:00 WIB may experience processing delays of up to 24 hours. nusa69 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems.
Withdrawals are available only to users who have:
nusa69 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 10 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed by 10:00 WIB on the following business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000. Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000. Users requiring a withdrawal above the single-transaction limit must contact support to arrange a manual payout. nusa69 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests prior to release.
nusa69 reserves the right to withhold or refuse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, multiple account operation, or any other breach of these Terms. Where a withdrawal is refused, nusa69 will notify the user and provide a reason within 5 business days unless doing so would compromise a fraud investigation.
nusa69 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside nusa69's control. Users are responsible for any third-party fees incurred during payment processing.
All bonuses and promotions offered by nusa69 are subject to specific terms that will be published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Bets placed on certain game categories (typically low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as detailed in the specific promotion terms.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified validity window will expire automatically. Once expired, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from the Account without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to monitor bonus validity periods.
nusa69 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets designed to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting"), and using Bonus Funds primarily on games excluded from wagering contribution. Where bonus abuse is detected, nusa69 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.
nusa69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to and actively being wagered by existing users.
nusa69 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet appears to be placed on the basis of information not publicly available, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where the maximum liability threshold for a particular market has been reached.
All sports bets — including wagers on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, and all other markets — are settled in accordance with nusa69's sports betting rules, which are published separately on the Platform. In the event of a dispute over a settlement decision, the ruling of nusa69's trading team is final and binding.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) draws offered on the Platform — including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), Togel Macau, Togel Taiwan, and Togel Japan — are settled based on official results published by the respective source lottery operator. nusa69 does not control or influence draw outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between a source operator's published result and nusa69's displayed result, the source operator's official result shall prevail.
Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, and others) are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and others as indicated in the game interface. All outcomes are governed by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer systems. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the game server's recorded state at the point of disconnection.
All slot game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee returns on any individual session or spin. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed in the game interface prior to play.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the nusa69 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without nusa69's prior written consent. Unauthorized use of nusa69's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The nusa69 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nusa69 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game information, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nusa69's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nusa69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if nusa69 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. These exclusions apply regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought.
nusa69 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions, internet service provider outages, or banking system failures.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting nusa69 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, nusa69 will process any withdrawable balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering obligations remain on Bonus Funds.
nusa69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where a user has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where continued operation of the Account would present a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to nusa69. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, nusa69 will freeze the Account pending investigation and may withhold funds indefinitely pending resolution.
Upon Account closure, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money balances will be returned to the user subject to completion of KYC and absence of outstanding fraud investigations. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.
nusa69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, nusa69 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before they take effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which nusa69 holds its international gaming licence. Indonesian domestic gambling law (Undang-Undang No. 7 Tahun 1974 and related instruments) does not govern the operation of nusa69's offshore platform, though users remain solely responsible for compliance with their own local laws.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact nusa69 support at [email protected]. nusa69 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by nusa69's licensing authority.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the authoritative and governing language of this agreement. Any translation into Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is provided for convenience only and has no legal effect.
